General Information
Stef. Patsikas & Co O.B.E. has as subject of production the elaboration of sheep and goat's milk in order to produce white traditional feta cheese with the name " Feta Cheese - Klisouras"
Our product has received the certification "P.O.P" (Appellation D' Origine Controlee) which is granted to certain geographical indications for wines, cheeses and other agricultural products. Our company is also certified with EN ISO 9002, HACCP in order to ensure that our quality management conforms to the customer's requirements.
Our production capacity of our unit is 60 ΤΝ milk/12 hours, and our sales (3 years) is 7.500.000 €. Our export activity increases 10% per year.

Facilities
Our company owns :
- 3.000 square metres production unit, in Anarachi Pt0lemaida.
- 350 square metres production unit in Klisoura.
- 200 square metres warehouse and refrigerators in Ptolemaida.
Our distribution network consists of privately own shops in Ptolemaida, in Thessaloniki and through Carrefur - Marinopoulos supermarkets all over Greece.
